About

I'm a freelance journalist with a focus on watchdog reporting. I've worked for regional outlets as a staff reporter, intern and freelancer in Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Montana and New York City.

I've reported on a misconduct case against a county judge, the fight against the uranium industry on tribal landAI-assisted surveillance by DHS and homelessness in 2022's world's greatest library

My work has been in The Journal, The Tri-City Record, The Durango Herald, Documented, BKReaderMontana Free PressDaily Montanan and Missoula Current

In May 2025, I got my Master's at Columbia University through the Toni Stabile Center for Investigative Journalism.

In addition to journalism, I work as a support staff at a residential mental health treatment center in Los Angeles. You can also find me hiking in Southern California's many mountains or in the ocean, on a surfboard.
